In this episode, we sit down with the exceptionally insightful Gabrielle Earnshaw, Principal Consultant at Infinity Works!
After graduating with a Masters in Engineering from the University of Oxford, Gabrielle started her working life as a risk analyst. Her want of a longer lunch break on a Friday was the commencement of an incredibly successful career in software engineering, working her way up to the top via a variety of industry-leading software houses and consultancies.

A collective of progressive Engineers, Technologists and Consultants, they have the intelligence to devise the right solution to any problem, coupled with the skills to build it, and the ability to help you embed real change in your organisation.
In this episode, Gabrielle shares the power of "self-selection" in recruitment, why coding "bootcamps" could be problematic in building key skills such as resilience, the challenges and experiences she's faced as a "woman in tech" - including the prevalence of mansplaining, why you don't have to move into management to excel in your career and that diversity - in all senses of the word - is a key future trend in software.
